By creating an account or using Massroufak ("the Service", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of Massroufak, including free users, paid subscribers, and building administrators.

Massroufak is a personal finance management application that allows users to:

• Track income and expenses across wallet groups.
• Split costs with household members or groups.
• Manage building subscriptions, apartment charges, and payments.
• Add transactions via WhatsApp messaging (Plus plan).
• Share financial plans with a household member (Plus plan).

The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

To use Massroufak, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@massroufak.com.
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use Massroufak only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Service.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the WhatsApp integration to send spam or abusive content.

All financial data you enter into Massroufak (transactions, budgets, notes) belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data. You can export or delete your data at any time via Settings.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete your account.

Building administrators may invite users as "guests" to access building-related features. Guest accounts have limited access and are governed by these same Terms. The building administrator is responsible for the accuracy of data entered on behalf of their building.

All content, design, logos, and software comprising Massroufak are the intellectual property of Massroufak and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Financial accuracy: Massroufak is a personal finance tracking tool. We do not provide financial advice. The accuracy of financial summaries and balances depends entirely on the data you enter. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

Service availability: We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. We are not liable for any loss of data due to technical failures, though we take reasonable measures to back up your data.

Third-party services: Features relying on third-party services (WhatsApp, push notifications) may be affected by changes or outages outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Massroufak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or €10, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Massroufak operates. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at hello@massroufak.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
